You will need to provide a venue along with relevant presentation equipment - data projector, flip chart, OHP etc - presenters will bring their own laptops on which they will deliver their presentations and demonstrations

You will need to appoint an event host - an individual who will be the main point of contact and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the event. This individual will also typically open and close the proceedings

You will need to provide registration facilities and ensure evaluation forms are completed at the end of the event
