1. This is a comprehensive report which will make recommendations about keywords, phrases, site structure and other points which, when implemented, will increase the number and type of visitors to your site and ensure the traffic is aligned to your web marketing objectives.…

Further it will address all the areas preventing your site achieving optimum rankings with all major search engines, for example problems that result from the use of technologies such as flash, javascript, dynamically created sites and frame sets etc,… and advise on how to overcome them.

Making sure your site is fully 'spiderable' so the search engines can index your whole site is fundamental to optimisation; we show you how to ensure this is the case and also carry our server side checks to ensure there are no problems there -speed related or other.

In addition we will advise on ensuring you are getting the right traffic from the right geographic/international areas, where relevant, and any domain name issues and server location issues relating to this.

The report also makes suggestions about other associated forms of web marketing - eg link building strategies - and provides templates for you to carry out the work in a structured way at an appropriate time. Indeed the service includes submissions to some major directories where necessary.

Increasingly, getting on the 'Google map' is important to many businesses with a local bias - we advise on this too where relevant - (more information below on this)

A crucial part of the process is keyphrase analysis. We will carry out this analysis for you, with your input, and generate the best keyphrases for you to use to attract traffic to specific parts of your site.

These keyphrases will be based on relevance, level of competition and popularity and will allow you to prioritise what specific searches you want to attract to different parts of your site:-

We would typically run a ranking report for you once this analysis has been done. This report will act as a suitable benchmark to measure progress against moving forwards.

2. It will be necessary to carry out work to implement the recommendations. We can do this for you, alternatively you can do it yourselves under our guidance.

If we carry out the work for you we do the other essentials - in particular registering with Google Webmaster Central, setting up a XML sitemap and also Google Analytics so you can monitor your traffic improvements.

3.We will then ensure the site is identified and indexed by all the major search engines. Where necessary we will make necessary submissions and ensure all the necessary settings are correctly entered in places like Google Webmaster Central.

A report will be generated on a monthly basis showing the position - with a live link into each engine so the position can be verified.…The overall objective here is to systematically move higher up the rankings over a period of time such that eventually top rankings are achieved for all the major search engines.

Advice will be given along with this report, where necessary, to improve rankings.

An important part of our service is that you have ongoing access to us for support, advice and assistance as your web project moves forwards, so you are always a phone call or email away from our consultants.

The first report…is sent to…you approximately 4 weeks after the recommendations we make have been implemented, thereafter monthly.
