There are many tools available to create an XML sitemap one we sometimes like to use would be: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ this allows up to 500 pages.
From here you can enter your full website URL and some additional information:
Press ‘Start’ button and wait until the site is completely crawled.
You will be redirected to the generated sitemap details page, including number of pages, broken links list, XML file content and link to a sitemap file.
Download the sitemap file using the link and put it into the domain root folder of your site.
Finally once completed go to your Google Webmaster account and in the Dashboard/Optimisation/Sitemaps section you can submit or resubmit your sitemap URL.
